We are seeking a meticulous Documentation Associate to join our Quality Control team at Bridgewater Bank. In this role, you will perform a variety of functions associated with reviewing the accuracy of client documents from a variety of requests along with documents and system changes through multiple platforms and providing support to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review new client onboarding documentation in the imaging repository system for completeness and accuracy and meets compliance regulations and internal standards.
- Accurately identify and document exceptions or discrepancies in reviewed documents, following established process for notation and follow-up for resolution.
- Monitor assigned system reports, ensure critical documentation review is completed accurately and timely within regulatory time frames
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in document review process.
- Cross train within the department to provide support and ensure seamless coverage within the team, and assist with other duties as assigned
- Participate in bank wide Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and exemplify BWB core values
- Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA, SOX compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High attention to detail and knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies relating to banking documentation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $20/hr. - $24/hr. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
