Create Exceptional Mountain Experiences as Our EVS Technician!

 

Step into an essential Environmental Services Technician role where you'll be the guardian of guest comfort, maintaining pristine environments across all plazas, lodges, bathrooms, and grounds areas within your base area. As our hospitality environment specialist, you'll ensure every space reflects our commitment to exceptional mountain experiences through meticulous cleanliness and proactive facility care.

Responsibilities:

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute comprehensive cleaning operations including vacuuming, dusting, and carpet care that maintains pristine environments throughout your base area facilities.
  • Ensure operational readiness by maintaining supply inventory and restocking stations to support seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Champion waste management excellence by implementing proper waste sorting and removal procedures that support environmental sustainability and facility cleanliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive facility care including restrooms, loading bays, storage closets, and specialized areas to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Support cross-departmental excellence by providing assistance to other teams as needed during peak operations and special circumstances.
  • Execute grounds maintenance operations including mowing, weeding, and landscape care that creates inviting outdoor spaces for guests and team members.

Wage and Benefit Info:

The wage range for this positions is: from $21.00 to $23.55/hr 

This is a non-benefited role.

All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).

All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
