The Clinical Care Coordinator acts as the face of the Pet Care Center and manages the flow of the client throughout their experience. They will ask for referrals/surveys and validate a forward booked appointment. They will embody and display the culture and mission of Petfolk in caring for pets and pet parents and maintain a clean environment for our pets. The Clinical Care Coordinator will be a direct liaison between the Virtual Care Team and the Pet Care Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Constant connection between the Virtual Care team and the Pet Care Center teams
  • Manages script fills/refills within our mobile, virtual, and in-house prescriptions
  • Call/text all late Pet Care Center customers
  • Greets clients and supports them throughout their stay at the clinic (stationed at kiosk during the day)
  • Asking clients for referrals
  • Asking clients for surveys
  • Confirms forward booking is completed
  • Clean and assist in organization and turning over of rooms
  • Manage walk in prevention fills
  • Helps with laundry and clinic upkeep
  • Petfolk+ experts

Requirements

  • Saturday & Sunday availability, this is a weekends only role
  • Must be able to juggle competing priorities
  • Constant positive attitude with outward expression
  • Flexible, self-starter
  • Able to manage conflict conversations
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work every weekend, this is a Thursday through Sunday schedule

Education & Experience:

  • Vet experience preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1 year customer service and/or food service experience required
  • Computer proficient in Google suite and other computer based platforms
