Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Support Assistant to support our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations by: triaging incoming calls, creating service tickets, checking customer service inbox and updating codes, maintenance report issues, coordinating inspections, communicate/coordinate suppression vendors, closing service tickets and verifying them, processing invoices from vendors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Similar previous experience
  • Customer Service, organizational, Microsoft Suites and data entry 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sedona
