Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Sr. Manager, F&B Standards to join our Classics Team (Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Destination by Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Vacation Club, Hyatt). This role will serve as the portfolio’s lead for F&B standards, working alongside a Rooms counterpart to deliver a holistic approach that advances the overall brand vision through supporting standards.
You will consider the impact of new and existing F&B standards on multiple stakeholders, including guests, hotel colleagues, and owners, ensuring that the solutions delivered are practical, effective, and beneficial to all parties. You may also oversee select vendor partnerships related to standards, such as liquor partners or kitchen equipment.
Beyond developing F&B standards, you will play a role in shaping new F&B concepts, including restaurants and markets. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will advise on menu direction, service models, kitchen equipment, and operational requirements. You will also partner with our hotel management company to pilot new concepts or standards in hotels, ensuring property support teams have the tools they need to test, learn, and bring ideas to life.
We are seeking a driven professional with strong F&B expertise and, ideally, prior experience in corporate environments, in a related field. Success in this role requires the ability to balance technical know-how with strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong organizational skills. Since this position does not currently include direct reports, the individual will be responsible for managing deliverables and ensuring successful outcomes through collaboration and partnership.
The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and ambitious. They are comfortable managing multiple projects at once, confident in developing supporting materials, and familiar with the operational realities of running F&B outlets.
· Evaluate existing F&B standards; build and refine where needed
· Propose standards and F&B concepts to distinguish brands within the Classics portfolio
· Identify opportunities to improve owner profitability in F&B without compromising guest experience (e.g., equipment, hours of operation)
· Own and refine beverage program across Classics portfolio
· Identify and advise on potential external collaborators or co-branded partners that can enhance F&B offerings and align with brand strategy
· Support quality assurance processes by aligning standards with measurable outcomes and operational best practices
· Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful execution of F&B concepts
· Update standards in back-end technology and supporting implementation of standards
Qualifications
Experience Required:
· 3+ years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role

The salary range for this position is $108,800 to $125,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the minimum local wage rate.
