Members of our maintenance team keep our machines, lines and facilities running. You and your teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical controls systems. You’ll also work closely with our engineers and production members to make important upgrades to our production machinery, as we innovate and grow the business.

Support Analyst/Inventory Control Specialist

Watertown, WI

 

Position Overview:

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is dedicated to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service to join the Maintenance and Engineering Team as a Support Analyst/Inventory Control Specialist.  You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create Excel spreadsheets using formulas and charts, as needed
  • Search and locate received parts in the correct locations
  • Cycle counting of the entire part inventory to find discrepancies
  • Manage the oil room and keep lubricants stocked
  • Prepare lamps, ballasts, and batteries for recycling pick-up
  • Update machine parts lists when new parts are added or changed on machines
  • Remove old or unused parts from inventory
  • Add new and existing parts into inventory in a way that is organized and will assist maintenance in finding parts faster
  • Adjust min/max levels as needed on stocked parts
  • Data analysis, historical data tracking and reporting using SAP, Bob J, and Excel (Equipment repair, downtime, KPI’s, parts usage, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance files
  • Create maintenance KPI reports with MS Excel
  • Train members on new maintenance processes-TL
  • Order, receive and store inventory parts, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts room
  • Utilize SAP Computer Inventory System to track/order/coordinate parts
  • Coordinate the timely return of damaged and/or improperly shipped parts and materials with vendors
  • Assist the MRO group with price, parts and equipment comparison to ensure high quality and low price
  • Maintain records of supply room transactions (disbursements, receipts, credits, inventory etc.)
  • Kit parts as needed for Maintenance jobs
  • Monitor Spare Parts Inventory

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

 

Experience:

  • 1-year prior related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer inventory/maintenance/parts management system preferred
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Experience with trend analysis
