The Sodastream brand team is looking for a creative, results-oriented Trade Marketing Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The preferred candidate will be passionate about serving the Sodastream shopper by leading the development, project management and execution of innovative and visually disruptive merchandizing solutions across all channels of business.
Responsibilities:- Leverage path to purchase & consumer insights to develop and execute integrated shopper tools on and off-line.
- Collaborate with sales, customers, operations, and marketing teams to deliver impactful toolkits and activations that resonate with the Sodastream consumer and key retailers.
- Ability to set an agenda, project manage including timelines and prioritization, and drive accountability for execution excellence through internal and external teams.
- Manage creative development by aligning with SodaStream local & Global resources and leveraging local agency & graphic designers for local market/retailer adaptation to meet vendor requirements.
- Partner with Sodastream field sales team to understand market-level execution needs to deliver best-in-class SodaStream experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to develop compelling assets that align to marketing & sales objectives, while adhering to global brand standards and style guide.
- Responsible for point of purchase (POP) vendor sourcing & management with procurement. Leveraging existing agreements, best in class suppliers, and cost management to meet objectives.
- Budget management including PO generation, monthly financial reporting, compliance and spend optimization in partnership with brand finance. Ability to review investment choices including ROI, KPI delivery and impact on the total business P&L.
- B.A. or B.S. with minimum 5 years of experience with-in consumer-product goods or relevant retail industries. Prior experience in merchandising and shopper marketing preferrable.
- Experience working with third party vendors, providing direction, contract management and maximizing their performance preferrable.
- Strong project management background, self-driven, process owner with abilities to influence, set the agenda & lead cross functional teams.
- Foundational understanding of integrating & connecting omnichannel marketing plans
- Attention to detail, proactive thinking, and solution-orientation to meet deliverables effectively.
- Experience with Excel & PowerPoint required.
- Experience with budget management and supporting tools.
The expected compensation range for this position is up to $110,000 per year.
Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
