Loopio is looking for an operations wizard to join our Marketing team as a Manager, Campaign Operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth, the Manager, Campaign Operations will be accountable for ensuring the operational excellence and coordination across teams to achieve performance targets. They will be responsible for managing campaign processes, and improving efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing ecosystem.
This is a highly collaborative role that will work alongside various teams including Marketing, RevOps, Sales, CX and Product. The Manager, Campaign Operations will manage the end-to-end operational execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The Manager, Campaign Operations should be someone who thrives on collaborating cross-functionally to find solutions, isn't afraid to break systems and put them back together again, and proactively identifies ways to improve revenue team performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and implement tools and technologies for enhanced team collaboration, reporting, and execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and execution plans.
Monitor and report on initiative progress, ensuring timely delivery and continuous optimization.
Manage campaign processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing ecosystem.
Manage end-to-end operational execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and frameworks.
Design and implement comprehensive reporting that captures, analyzes, and communicates the full impact of field marketing initiatives, tracking event performance, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI with clear visibility for leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate planning efforts and align marketing strategies.
Create and manage multi-touch campaigns through automation tools like HubSpot workflows.
Establish SLAs with sales for lead handoff and follow-up, supported by automated alerts and task creation.
Support functional leads with the management and tracking of the marketing budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
Facilitate team annual planning for strategic goal setting and performance tracking.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role
Extensive hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems.
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, HockeyStack, ReachDesk, Outreach, and other Inbound and Outbound reporting and automation tools.
Demonstrated success in managing complex event marketing programs with measurable lead generation outcomes.
Excellent project management, event operations, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
