What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a collaborative and agile team delivering high-quality legal support across a broad range of private client work.
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist with all elements of making wills and lasting powers of attorney for clients, including taking instructions, drafting documents, and arranging execution
- Handle administrative tasks, including probate applications, inheritance tax matters, and estate accounts
- Liaise with clients and third parties to draft documents and manage files
- Support financial and compliance aspects of cases
- Contribute to team events, local networking, and profile-raising activities
- Meet quality and turnaround targets while delivering excellent client service
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters

- Paralegal or legal support experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate (preferred but not essential)

- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
