Service Manager – Lake City Toyota
Lake City Toyota is growing, and we’re looking for a results-driven Automotive Service Manager for immediate hire, to lead our service department to the next level. As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage and motivate a team of advisors and technicians, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, dealership experience, and a passion for operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department (Toyota or Lexus experience preferred)
- Familiarity with dealership management software and service lane technology
- Knowledge of dealership service processes and KPIs (CP RO performance, retention, MPI compliance, etc.)
- Strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to recruit, train, and coach service staff
- A hands-on leader ready to build a winning team
