SkyShowtime is looking for a Marketing & Audiences Analyst to play a pivotal role in elevating our Acquisition, Engagement & Retention practice. You should be able to accomplish this by leveraging your experience in acquisition, CRM analytics, customer retention, revenue generating activities and tactical marketing analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Analytics and Audience team by providing data driven smart communication, e.g. deep dive analysis and learnings, experimentation and testing, smart automated segmentation and self-service dashboards.
- Support the EMEA focused initiative for data science requirements and needs.
- Stakeholder management and communication planning, working closely with other teams for strategic planning, forecasting and development.
- Digging into the details with customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and marketing teams and synthesise findings for executive presentations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working with CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, as well as exploring on-site behavior.
- Experience measuring success of acquisition and paid marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance performance.
- Proven experience using Adobe Analytics, as well as relevant marketing platforms for acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google).
- Familiar with CRM channels (email, push notification and In-app notifications), preferably from a B2C subscription-oriented business.
- Skilled in targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, optimisation for conversion and engagement within digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker Data Studio). Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results, working both strategically and tactically.
