We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate AI Specialist to join our Team

As an Associate AI Specialist in Presales, you will play a supporting role in Sabio’s rapidly growing Agentic AI practice. This entry-level position is designed for ambitious individuals early in their career, providing an opportunity to develop into a trusted technical advisor. You’ll work alongside senior specialists and engineers to support client discovery, design, and demonstrations of cutting-edge AI and CX solutions. This role is hands-on, with significant exposure to real-world enterprise challenges and solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior specialists in client discovery workshops, note key requirements, and contribute to solution scoping. 
  • Assist in building proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demo environments under guidance. 
  • Draft solution documentation and contribute to proposals, tenders, and RFP responses. 
  • Conduct desk research on AI/CX trends, competitor offerings, and emerging use cases. 
  • Maintain internal demo libraries, use-case databases, and reusable assets. 
  • Deliver selected demo components during client sessions to build confidence in customer-facing delivery. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to align solutions with Sabio’s broader offering. 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML principles (Conversational AI, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing). 
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS/CCaaS ecosystems. 
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and contact centre environments. 
  • Exposure to APIs and integration frameworks. 
  • Analytical problem-solving ability with a structured approach to learning new technologies. 
  • Strong communication skills — able to write clearly and present ideas to colleagues. 
  • Curiosity and ambition to build a career in AI and Presales. 
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 
  • Team-oriented, with willingness to support others and learn from more experienced colleagues. 
Technologies
  • Conversational AI/chatbot platforms (basic exposure). 
  • Generative AI models (introductory understanding). 
  • CCaaS technologies: Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect. 
  • Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. 
  • APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline. 
  • Relevant internship, project, or research experience advantageous. 
Certifications (Preferred / Advantageous): 
  • Foundation-level cloud certification desirable (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader). 
  • Introductory AI/ML certifications an advantage.
