Head of Service – Pathway to Independence, In-house Provision and Localities
Location: Civic Centre, Walsall
Salary: Grade: SMG1 - Up to £92,483

As our new Head of Service for Pathway to Independence, In-house Provision and Localities, you’ll be at the heart of shaping adult social care for our Borough. You’ll lead a talented team, work with passionate partners, and help drive positive change for residents. This is a strategic leadership role where your ideas and energy will help set the direction for our services, ensuring we deliver quality, innovation, and great outcomes for the people who need us most.

About You
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but genuinely excited about making a difference. We’re looking for someone with senior leadership experience in adult social care, who brings energy, vision, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll be confident working in a complex, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and partnership skills. A passion for empowering others and delivering better outcomes for residents is essential.
