What You’ll Do:
- Support the Debt Capital Markets team in managing and coordinating debt capital.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and assist with bank network management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, review, and distribute debt offering materials.
- Coordinate external communications with debt partners.
- Stay current on lender preferences, structuring parameters, and market dynamics.
- Gather and distribute due diligence materials to lenders and appraisers.
- Participate in closing calls and help manage partner relationships.
- Provide support for bank meetings, and special projects.
- Proofread reports, legal documents, and financial statements.
- Compile project data, perform analyses, and generate reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role.
- Finance and/or Real Estate background preferred.
- Familiarity with permanent debt options and construction financing.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Collaborative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced team
