Your role
– Be responsible for a suite of controls, facilitating support aimed at capturing all risk events within the shortest time possible
– Ensure T0 trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness)
– Perform front-to-back reconciliations and manage trade lifecycle related processes, monitoring and improving transaction flow
– Make sure that trade booking practices adhere to predefined models, acting as gateway into the front-to-back infrastructure
– Investigate and respond to risk, P&L, settlements, confirmations, legal, and IT queries

• Nashville: the salary range for this role is $57500 to $72500

Your team
- ensure trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness) at capture point, T0. This mandate includes, but is not limited to, independent trade booking verification, ensuring consistency between FO blotters, risk management systems and third party trade representations.
- manage trade lifecycle related processes
- monitor and improve transaction flows into all consumer functions (Operations, Finance, Risk)
- the IMO team also fills the critical role to ensure trade booking practices adhere to pre-defined trade booking models, effectively acting as gateway into the Bank’s infrastructure.
- continuous enhancement of processes in partnership with Risk and Finance
Your expertise
– 1-2 years of experience, a college degree
– Ability to pick up new tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment, self-starter who can learn and apply new knowledge very quickly
– Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word.
– Dedicated team player who collaborates well with different functions from different locations
– A clear communication style which can convey information, both written and verbal, appropriately at all levels with stakeholders
– Proactively identify and address controls gaps
– Innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems.
You are:
– Able to take ownership of the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and processes
– On top of industry and market driven initiatives to understand risks and impacts
