ECAM is seeking a Service Manager to lead our dynamic team of Supervisors, Coordinators, Field Service Technicians (low voltage), and Subcontractor partners. In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and technical expertise in low-voltage surveillance and security systems. Your leadership will drive KPI performance, reduce system downtime, and set the standard for customer satisfaction across the region. Security industry experience required*

- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require working long hours and on weekends.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a regional service team to deliver maintenance and repair of security systems
- Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to support surge capacity and geographic coverage
- Collaborate with dispatch, remote services, installation, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service ticket backlog, drive process compliance, and ensure KPI achievement (MTTR, backlog reduction, system uptime)
- Manage customer escalations, audits, and preventative maintenance programs
- Oversee on-call schedules to support weekend and holiday field service needs
- Ensure vehicles, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained and service-ready
- Champion a first-time fix culture through root cause analysis and quality assurance initiatives
- Support National Accounts leadership with reporting, updates, and SLA performance
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the department
Your Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 7–10+ years managing technicians/service teams (security industry preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in CCTV (analog & IP), access control, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems in the security industry.
- Solid networking implementation/troubleshooting experience
- Experience managing full-time technicians and subcontractor networks
- Proficiency in service management platforms and business software (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of CCTV installations.
