This is a full-time, direct placement for Raincoat Roofing.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close repair, service, and replacement work. You’ll be out in the field — solving problems, presenting solutions, and earning the trust of building owners, property managers, and facilities teams.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
- Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
- Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
- Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
- Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships
- Hit clear, progressive sales targets — with no cap on earnings

What We Offer
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Realistic Year 1 earnings: $100,000–$120,000
- Top reps earn $150K+

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
