Job Summary:
The Intern is responsible for assisting with the timely repair of production equipment failures. Complete improvement projects to ensure equipment is stable. Perform Preventative Maintenance as assigned. Provide administrative support to meet company management's objectives. The position requires continual attention to detail, understanding priorities, meeting deadlines, and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Work also requires excellent communication skill, flexibility and coordination with other team members to accomplish overall team goals.
Job Functions and Duties:
- Assist with the maintenance of industrial equipment and fix according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift.
- Prepare specifications for the purchase of spare parts inventory.
- Support the mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, perform issue analysis and resolve according to work orders/maintenance request.
- Perform routine equipment inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime.
- Responsible for helping the equipment preventive maintenance with lubrication; reduce equipment downtime and quantity of scraped product due to equipment issue for responsible area.
- Assist the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment and complete the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantity.

Qualification:
- Language Skills - Proficiency in English is required, as it is the primary language used in the workplace. Candidates must be able to read, comprehend, and apply information from documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals, as well as interpret instructions provided in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form. Strong communication skills are also essential to effectively interact with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.
- Education - Currently seeking a Bachelor Degree - The following fields are preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics and Automation Systems, or other related STEM field
- Experience - Hands-on work related activities in manufacturing and production environment.
Professional Knowledge & Skills - Proficiency using Microsoft Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Understand company operational process and system requirement; Strong interpersonal skills to work people and across different departments.
