A Rental Parts Coordinator is responsible for supporting Wagner Rents branches that do not have an in-house Parts Associate. The position receives, processes, tracks, and invoices parts requests from multiple Rental locations, while exhibiting strong parts knowledge and communication skills in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as one professional team delivering quality solutions to every customer.

Pay Rate: $22.00- $32.00 per hour.
Pay is based upon education and experience.
Location: 178000 E 22nd Ave, Aurora, CO 80011

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

  • Processes Shop orders, credits, and quotes.
  • Prepares and enters orders including hose rebuild information as required.
  • Ensures proper shipping instructions are placed on orders.
  • Understands how to use the DBS parts and SmartEquip systems. Completes all documents and parts orders associated with repairs in an accurate and timely manner. Identifies parts for return timely.
  • Functions as the liaison to the Service Shops for parts backorders
  • Opens, tracks, and inputs data to purchase orders, parts documents and work orders.
  • Provides support for various inventory control procedures.
  • Receives, documents, ships and stocks parts.
  • Assists with vendor returns
  • Maintains records, logs, and files
  • Always engages in required safety practices and maintains quality housekeeping in work area.
  • Attends training as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a parts department preferred
  • 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
  • 1+ years customer service experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings
