Primary responsibility will be on the marketing, recruitment and enrollment of Transfer students. The Assistant Director for Transfer Admissions is responsible for managing the daily recruitment efforts of TCNJ%27s transfer population. Starting with the development of the transfer strategic marketing and recruitment plan, this person oversees the enrollment and is an advocate for the transfer population.
