Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all TURBOCAM Coordinate Measurement Machines. 
 
Come Build with Us by:
  • Developing and maintaining understanding of CMM operation including programming and controller software.
  • Managing and performing all periodic CMM maintenance including annual calibrations.
  • Troubleshooting CMM issues and performing necessary repairs as able with appropriate support from CMM suppliers.
  • Developing standard work for CMM calibration procedures and troubleshooting steps.
  • Securing all necessary spare parts to support CMM maintenance needs.
  • Logging CMM calibration, maintenance, and repair activities in the Machine Maintenance database. Coordinating with the Calibration Lab to verify and maintain calibration status.
  • Obtaining periodic training at CMM suppliers to expand troubleshooting capabilities and keep up with technologies.
  • Reporting regularly to the Calibration Supervisor any CMM issues and concerns.
  • Providing input to management regarding the acquisition of new CMM equipment.
  • Training and developing other CMM Technicians as directed by the Calibration Supervisor
  • Performing other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two-year technical degree in electronics or related subjects. Related experience accepted.
  • Trained by CMM suppliers in CMM theory, hardware, software, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Related experience accepted.
  • Familiarity with OpenDMIS programming code.
  • Mechanical knowledge with proven troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be attentive to detail.
