As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Executive Team. This role will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, driving operational excellence across leadership, and enabling clear communication throughout the company.

The Executive Chief of Staff will oversee executive team rhythms (meetings, agendas, planning sessions, and offsites), track and drive progress on high-priority objectives, and do ad hoc analysis as needed. They will also manage companywide events such as the annual company kickoff, and partner with the Sales Enablement team on sales kickoff planning. They will manage and contribute to internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to company strategy.

This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Alignment & Operations

    • Drive effective executive team operations, including planning and facilitating meetings, creating agendas, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.

    • Coordinate executive offsites, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and outcomes.

    • Monitor and report progress against company OKRs and high-priority initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning & Business Priorities

    • Partner with the CEO & executive leadership to set and maintain organizational priorities.

    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

    • Identify and surface risks, gaps, and dependencies that may impact execution.

  • Companywide Events & Kickoffs

    • Lead the planning and execution of the annual company kickoff, ensuring seamless delivery of logistics, content, and experience.

    • Partner with Sales Enablement to execute sales kickoff.

  • Internal Communications

    • Partner with the People and Communications teams to design and deliver executive and companywide communications.

    • Manage Company All-Hands events. Develop and delivery company-wide training (ad hoc).

    • Draft talking points, presentations, and updates for executive leadership.

    • Ensure clarity and consistency of messaging across all communication channels.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in chief of staff, strategy, operations, program management, or related roles, ideally within a high-growth company.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution.

  • Experience leading large-scale events and executive-level meetings.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levels.

  • Proven ability to work with discretion, handle sensitive information, and build trusted relationships.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $155,000-$200,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
