As a Customer Service Representative, you will help make the customer experience an exceptional one! We count on the customer service team to interact professionally with our valued customers and resolve any questions or concerns. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with both our internal and external customers and providing a service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:- Process customer orders by using company pricing and commission practices
- Provide order information, expedite, cancel and change orders
- Verifies and determines product specifications
- Determines appropriate delivery method based on customer’s need and schedules order fulfillment date by using company published lead times
- Determine best method to resolve basic customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Building strong and trusting relationships with customers
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Possess previous customer service or call center experience
- Previous plumbing background experience either in sales or general plumbing is a plus
- A strong aptitude for troubleshooting is strongly desired
- Must be motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pleasant and friendly phone attitude
- Must be a team player
