We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Longhill Pointe Apartments & Townhomes, a vibrant 234-unit community in Fayetteville, NC. Just minutes from Fort Bragg and local schools, Longhill Pointe is a pet-friendly community offering spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with modern comforts such as attached garages, private balconies, vaulted ceilings, and generous floor plans.

What We’re Looking For

✔ HVAC experience (preferred)
✔ General maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
✔ Problem-solving mindset and initiative
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills (bilingual a plus)
✔ Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office 365 and mobile device access
