ATA Services, Inc. is currently looking to hire an experienced Junior Program Manager to work on a temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.
- Pay Rate: $50.00 Per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: Immediately
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Northeast Albuquerque
Junior Program Manager
- Coordinating and setting up meetings and sessions with Grant Awardees
- Perform budget reviews
- Recap and document key sessions, conference calls
- Work with the Program Manager to document key risks and actions required for a Project
- Working with Grantee Awardees on Reimbursement requirements which would include assimilating the reimbursement packets and working with the Reimbursement spreadsheets and PDFs
- Update the OBAE Project Management Tracking System for a project with schedules, progress notes, budget information, scope changes
- Update Sharepoint with files and documents
- Reviewing documents
- Join in discussions and sessions with OBAE staff, Grant Awardees and other Program Manger’s documenting key action items
- Tracking and following up on Action items for self and making sure activities occurring and moving forward in a timely manner.
- Logging meeting minutes annotating status notes and documentation
- Close-out process projects
- Provide technical assistance to Grantee Awardees
- Handle questions and concerns about Grant Agreements
- Schedule updates
- Facilitate and attend progress meetings
- Budget reviews and budget adjustments
- Handle and process reimbursement requests for payment
- Facilitate and attend site visits to review project progress
- Work collaboratively with OBAE Program Coordinators, Administrative Services team, Legal Team and OBAE Executive Leadership
- Contractors shall not engage in any stakeholder engagement or negotiations with external entities.
- Perform and complete other assignments as directed by the Director or Deputy Director.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, management, project management, or a related field is required.
- Entry-level project management experience or related roles, even zero to two years.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- The ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
- Demonstrating leadership qualities, including motivating and coordinating teams.
- Being able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to adapt to changing project needs and unexpected challenges.
- The ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
