Taylor Management is seeking a motivated and efficient Community Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of community associations. As a Community Administrator, you will help foster a positive community atmosphere and provide valuable support to both residents and management.

This position is two days a week onsite at an hourly rate of $28.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, while addressing resident inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of community newsletters, announcements, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain organized records and databases for community-related documents and homeowner information.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and vendors to facilitate repairs.
  • Support the Community Manager with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
  • Help organize and plan community events, meetings, and activities to promote engagement.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or property management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with property management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on community engagement and satisfaction.
