Title of Position: User Experience Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Compensation Range: $28.00/hr. - $36.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located at 3301 Country Club Road in Endwell, NY. Hybrid opportunity available once training is completed.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Align User Experience initiatives with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for improving user experience across digital channels by partnering with third party vendors and the User Experience Manager.
- Advocate for the user perspective in all product and business decisions.
- Provide guidance and design expertise by partnering with branch teams, support departments, and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and seamless user experience.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Map and optimize the end-to-end user journey.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and analytics review to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Utilize human-centered and data-driven design principles to recommend innovative solutions.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital user experience.
- Conducts regular market research and user research to contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Provide regular updates to management on user trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Perform other duties needed
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience. 3 - 5 years of relevant user experience analysis, UX research, or related roles will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs with specialized knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial related field.
- Strong knowledge of user journey mapping, usability testing, and experience management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive organizational change.
- Extensive knowledge of Credit union products, services, systems, and procedures.
- Extensive background, knowledge and understanding of business applications and reports relative to user driven, technology enabled solutions in operational environments.
