Papé Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division is seeking a proven, visionary leader to serve as President in Eugene, OR. This is a unique opportunity to lead a respected, fast-growing business at the forefront of the equipment and agricultural industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As President of Papé Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division, you will hold full P&L responsibility and oversee a multi-location business operating across a large and dynamic region. You will be expected to provide enterprise-level leadership, deliver measurable results, and position the business for sustainable long-term success. This role is designed for a senior executive with deep operational expertise, strong commercial instincts, and a firm grasp of the evolving needs of agriculture-industry customers.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies that respond to changing market needs and position the business for future success.
- Executive Leadership: Serve as a key voice on the senior leadership team, fostering alignment and momentum across the organization.
- Operational Management: Oversee business performance with discipline and agility, ensuring high standards in service, efficiency, and profitability.
- Team Development: Build and mentor strong leadership teams, ensure succession readiness, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate high-trust relationships across the organization and with members, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Financial Stewardship: Use data and sound judgment to guide investments, manage resources, and deliver sustained financial results.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; advanced experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with demonstrated success in driving profitability, organizational alignment, and sustained performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver high-impact messaging across stakeholders, from boardrooms to field teams.
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation capabilities; comfortable influencing at the highest levels.
- Financial and analytical acumen, including the ability to interpret financial reports and operational metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Hands-on understanding of P&L management, operational controls, and scalable growth strategies.
- Adept at navigating complex data sets, solving abstract challenges, and turning insight into action.
- Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and performance; familiarity with industry platforms and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, build culture, and mentor next-generation leaders.
