This is a temporary position through the end of April 2025. This position will report to the Client Services Manager.
Requirements
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to all inquiries received in the Client Services call center;
- Provides information and account support to all internal and external parties;
- Responds to all incoming inquiries from clients and Dominion Sales Executives.
- Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests;
- Utilizes knowledge of Dominion Diagnostics business and products to better serve our customers and support our accounts.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Time Management;
- Knowledge and practice of customer service standards and procedures;

- Knowledge of modern office equipment and administrative procedures;
- Computer savvy;
