As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, constructing, presenting and implementing software systems that are optimized for, scalability, maintainability, and speed. |

TRAINING REQUIRED |
Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Participate in sales leadership and FAQ calls. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner. |
RESPONSIBILITIES |
Design, code, and test components to make systems that are cost effective, scalable, high performance, and reusable |
Modify existing software to conform to changing requirements, correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance |
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements |
Assist with deployment procedures |

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings (including travelling to headquarters quarterly) , Sales Calls & Training Events. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments. |

Work Location Information: Embrace supports hybrid work where business needs allow, but is rebuilding a community that looks forward to collaboration within an office setting. All remote work, if allowed, must be performed in a state in which Embrace is registered to do business or presently open to payroll withholding, unemployment insurance as well as workers compensation.
