Hilltop Residential is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to elevate Hilltop’s presence across our portfolio by keeping listings accurate, social channels lively, and performance insights clear. Reporting to the Managing Director of HR & Marketing, this role manages day-to-day execution across social scheduling and engagement, reputation management, listings updates, light paid media monitoring, and monthly reporting. It also coordinates creative needs such as photoshoots, flyers, signage, and tour links, ensuring assets stay current and on brand. You’ll partner closely with on-site teams to surface resident feedback, close loops quickly, and keep trackers and tickets moving. With a keen eye for detail and a service-minded approach, you’ll turn strategy into clean, on-brand execution that supports leasing momentum and strengthens stakeholder trust.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property marketing audits to ensure accuracy across websites, listings, social media, and reviews.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, ensuring timely and professional responses to reviews and surveys.
- Oversee property social media presence (Instagram, Facebook) and provide performance reporting and guidance.
- Track advertising campaigns; monitor lead quality across marketing channels.
- Coordinate photoshoots, virtual tours, signage, flyers, and specials to keep marketing assets current.
- Maintain property information trackers, manage marketing tickets, and support new team member onboarding.
- Provide regular reporting and participate in quarterly calls with properties to review performance as needed.
- Maintain access and credentials for marketing tools and property accounts.
Requirements
- Multifamily or property management experience preferred; or at least 1 year of general marketing experience in lieu of property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Canva, and Hootsuite; familiarity with ILS platforms such as Apartments.com.
- Comfortable using Knock, RealPage, Jonah, and reputation management tools like J Turner and Kingsley.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-property listings and managing lead flow.
- Ability to maintain brand standards and create simple templates/toolkits for non-design users.
- Awareness of accessibility standards, social/digital best practices, and Fair Housing advertising guidelines (preferred).
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized communicator who works effectively with on-site teams.
This is an in-person position reporting to the Managing Director of HR and Marketing, located at our Corporate office located at 9651 Katy Freeway Suite 550, Houston, TX 77024.
