JOB INFORMATION:Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Training to join the Rotech team. In this position you will lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic training initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for building a culture of continuous learning and professional development that supports Rotech’s mission, enhances employee performance, and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.This position pays between $100k/yr. - $125k/yr. depending on related experience and state hired in.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and technical training programs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and tailor programs to support operational excellence.
- Lead a team of training professionals and manage external training vendors as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements and support accreditation standards.
- Champion the use of technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training accessibility and engagement.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in training and development, including leadership roles.
- Experience in healthcare, home medical equipment, or a regulated industry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable training programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools
