CIMA+ is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor who is passionate about recruitment and people.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every stage of the recruitment process. You’ll be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle — from identifying staffing needs to successfully onboarding new team members — across various departments within the organization.
The position can be based out of our Montreal, Laval, Sherbrooke, Mississauga offices. You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and 2 days/week in the office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring manager across the country to understand recruitment needs (permanent roles, internships, student jobs).
- Write and update job descriptions in an attractive and accurate manner.
- Post job opportunities on appropriate platforms, including social media and educational institutions.
- Manage incoming applications, conduct pre-screening interviews (phone or virtual), and assess candidate profiles.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and coordinate next steps, including interview scheduling.
- Actively participate in interviews when required.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent (internal pipelines, social media, specialized websites, etc.)
- Contribute to the promotion of our employer brand to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
- Collaborate with HR partners to analyze compensation, recommend competitive offers, and prepare employment letters.
- Build strong relationships with universities and Colleges to maximize visibility for our internship and student job opportunities.
- University degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a consultant engineering environment.
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, in order to interact with candidates and hiring managers across the country.
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, active listening, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
