About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape and lead the positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and portfolio marketing for CoreWeave’s rapidly expanding cloud platform. This is a senior role with visibility across the business and direct impact on how we communicate CoreWeave’s value to enterprises, AI labs, critical partners, and the open source ecosystem.
As CoreWeave evolves beyond GPU infrastructure to become the premier cloud platform for generative AI, agentic systems, and open source workloads, you will:
- Define differentiated positioning and GTM strategies across our product portfolio.
- Drive inbound product marketing activities—capturing customer insights, informing product strategy, and influencing roadmap priorities.
- Build scalable, customer-backed value propositions that translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Lay the foundation for a future product marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and operational excellence as the function grows.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape how ROI is defined for AI workloads in the cloud, influence both product direction and customer adoption, and help lead CoreWeave into its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning & Messaging
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation across the CoreWeave portfolio.
- Partner with product leadership to align messaging with roadmap priorities and market needs.
- Develop executive-ready narratives, launches, and campaigns that connect our technology to real customer outcomes.
- Ensure CoreWeave’s story resonates with enterprise buyers, developers, and the open source community.
- Develop a strong feedback loop with GTM teams to bring the voice of the customer to the engineering and product leaders
Inbound Portfolio & Product Influence
- Lead market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define high-value use cases and solution areas that guide GTM priorities.
- Provide actionable insights to product management and engineering to influence roadmap direction.
- Establish systematic processes for capturing learnings from customer implementations, POCs, and community engagement.
GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement
- Drive go-to-market strategy across segments, industries, and regions.
- Build and deliver sales enablement programs—deal kits, competitive playbooks, persona-based messaging—that increase win rates and deal velocity.
- Partner with alliances and partnerships teams to extend CoreWeave’s reach through ecosystem players.
- Establish a repeatable GTM framework that scales across products, markets, and teams.
Customer Proof & Advocacy
- Work with lighthouse customers to build case studies, reference architectures, and ROI stories that reinforce CoreWeave’s differentiation.
- Amplify measurable business outcomes (e.g., cost efficiencies, latency reductions, cycle-time improvements) in customer and analyst channels.
- Build advocacy with analysts and industry influencers to shape how the market defines AI cloud.
Leadership & Team Building
- Establish CoreWeave’s product marketing function as a strategic partner across the business.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team over time, scaling with the company’s needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within product marketing.
Metrics & Measurement
- Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, retention, deal velocity, and competitive win rates.
- Report on product marketing’s impact with clear, data-driven insights for executive stakeholders.
- Continuously refine GTM execution to maximize measurable impact across pipeline and revenue.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in product marketing, GTM, or portfolio marketing, with experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies for technical products.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to work directly with engineering and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical innovation into business outcomes and customer adoption.
- Experience with customer segmentation, solution packaging, and use case development.
- Track record of building and leading cross-functional programs and influencing at the executive level.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Preferred but not required:
- Background in AI/ML, accelerated computing, or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience leading and scaling a product marketing team.
- Familiarity with open source ecosystems and Kubernetes-based platforms.
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $264,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
