About Sprinter Health

Sprinter Health is rethinking how healthcare gets delivered—bringing high-quality, preventive care directly into patients’ homes using smart logistics, real-time clinical ops, and deeply integrated technology.
Since launching in 2021, we've:

 👥 Served 100,000+ patients
🚀 Grown 6x last year (and 5x the year before)
 🌍 Covered 70%+ of the U.S. population
🏥 Partnered with 6 of the top 10 largest U.S. health plans
🏦 Raised $125M+ from a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel

Now we’re building out the infrastructure that powers national-scale partnerships—and Partner Engineering is at the center.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join and help shape our Partner Engineering team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll design, build, and own integrations and systems that power healthcare partnerships, national rollouts, and rapid program expansion.
If you’re excited by technical challenges at the intersection of healthcare, logistics, and scale—this is your role.

What You’ll Work On

We’re solving critical problems that sit at the heart of partner-driven care delivery:
🚀 Unlock patient access at scale – own technical delivery for healthcare partnerships by architecting and shipping critical capabilities
🌎 Expand national care delivery – design integrations and data flows that support onboarding and multi-state rollouts
📐 Strengthen our platform – replace bespoke requests with self-service features that scale across customers
🤝 Drive adoption – build partner-facing systems across backend, mobile, and web
📊 Accelerate partner growth – deliver reporting, workflows, and integrations that enable new programs and rapid expansion
