Essential Responsibilities
The ISO will:
- Maintain an updated information security program to meet changing regulatory requirements.
- Maintain IT security policies, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Including BCP, Incident Response, Vendor Management, user activity reviews, and user training.
- Complete ongoing reviews and audits of cyber security controls implemented by the bank.
- Prepare and deliver annual reporting and documentation of reports on cyber security to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
- Oversee least privileged access practices throughout the bank and manage system access levels.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer sciences, and
- Seven (7) years of experience in the information security field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Experience with information security at a financial institution.
- Master’s degree in information security, technology, or computer sciences.
