Job Summary

Responsible for various administrative support projects as assigned in the areas of Litigation, Risk-Management/Insurance, Labor & Employment Law, Americas Commercial and Global Businesses legal support.  Provide clerical support as needed. This is a non-exempt hourly position eligible for overtime and bonus. The person in this position will be expected to be onsite at our Warsaw, Indiana campus on a weekly basis with flexibilty of a hybrid schedule.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Preparing correspondence, memos and reports
  • Assisting with Company’s insurance renewal and administration process
  • Preparation and routing of various documents for electronic signature
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences
  • Document processing, including copying, faxing, scanning, shipping, etc.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing/submitting expense reimbursement requests
  • Assist team with responses to third-party requests, including interrogatories, garnishment orders and subpoenas
  • Collaborate with Legal Operations team regarding litigation matter management, including data entry and matter opening/closing
  • Request and send checks as required by legal settlements or otherwise, and set up new vendors in AP system as required
  • Preparing spreadsheets, charts and graphs as required
  • Assisting other departmental administrative staff as needed

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required with 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous office experience with proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize the details of several projects simultaneously

  • Up to 5%
