Pot Wash – Keeping the magic flowing behind the scenes
Our Pot Wash team plays a vital role in making sure our guests have everything they need — clean plates, sparkling cutlery, and a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
From operating the pot wash machine and scraping plates, to refilling clean crockery and cutlery, you’ll help keep the rhythm going behind the scenes. General cleaning tasks are also part of the role, helping to maintain a safe, spotless kitchen environment.
It’s a hands-on, fast-paced position where teamwork and attention to detail really matter. You’ll need to be ready to get stuck in, support your team, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly — because happy guests start with clean plates and a well-prepped kitchen.
This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7 on a split-shift basis. Shifts typically cover Breakfast Service from 08:30am to 12:30pm and Dinner Service from 5:00pm to 9:00pm — however, flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business and support the team.

You don’t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area, subject to a DBS check.
