Lifeguard and CPR Instructor 

Bethlehem, PA | Part Time, Hourly | $20 per hour

Passionate about teaching the lifesaving skill of lifeguarding?  We are looking for individuals to serve as a Lifeguard Instructor. As a Lifeguard Instructor, you will develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed to be our Lifeguard and CPR Instructor:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in teaching Lifeguard Certification courses
• Current Lifeguard Instructor Certification preferred, (training can be provided upon hire)
• Previous experience teaching safety and first aid courses preferred

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Lifeguard Instructor:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours as needed for training sessions
• Deliver lifeguard certification courses in accordance with the training agency's guidelines (Red Cross).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality training programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain a safe/positive teaching environment
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
