This is a fully onsite role at our Fairburn Location. 

Senior Training Manager: We are looking for an experienced Sr.Training Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs that support organizational goals and employee development. This role oversees the entire training lifecycle, encompassing needs assessment, curriculum design, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The Senior Training Manager collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to perform effectively and advance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to support leadership, compliance, technical, and professional development needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify learning priorities.
  • Manage the creation of training materials, curriculum, and resources to ensure consistent quality and relevance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPI’s, metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes; implement improvements as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate training delivery to operation overseeing campuses.
  • Managing a team of four employees.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in training, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale training programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Identify operational training needs within syncreon through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on both syncreon and the individual's needs, devise overall training strategy.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Possess an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
  • Liaison with the various training leads in each site to ensure consistent approach to training is implemented.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor level, ideally in an education/training & development/lean discipline.
  • Experience in a logistics environment as well as in Training & Development.
