Description
Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations as directed for the maintenance services business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure a quality maintenance service
- Participate in all types of maintenance projects - troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct minor air conditioning failures/heating failures
- Trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair or replace appliances
- Repair minor electrical problems
- Repair minor plumbing problems
- Patch, repair, and replace drywall and paint
- Assist in procuring and monitoring inventory of maintenance/cleaning supplies
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure proper functioning, operation, and maintenance of all equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Work with Managing Director and services team members to meet and exceed the needs of the business
- Pool maintenance
- Repairs for items such as showers, sinks, appliances, and walls
Deliver The Saturday Experience to all clients and customers
- Make vacant units ready for new move-ins
- Unit turn painting
- Incorporate both safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties
- Re-key locks and cut keys as necessary
- Oversee all work orders from start to finish

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
- 2-3 years general maintenance experience
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Painting experience
- Requires ability to Utilize Company Software
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPO Certification
- EPA License
