The CRM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the CRM system at Mistras. This role will also serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership by providing sales operations support, driving process efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep HubSpot/Salesforce technical expertise and Sales Operations acumen to help Mistras enhance customer engagement, improve pipeline visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot/Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and system access while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor data integrity, perform routine audits, and implement data governance practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and revenue growth.
  • Provide insights into sales data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support lead assignment, territory alignment, and process standardization across teams.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment in lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency through CRM functionality.
  • Stay current with HubSpot/Salesforce product releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Serve as a champion for CRM adoption across the organization.
  • Customer engagement, improve pipeline visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HubSpot/Salesforce certifications (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.

 

  • Experience integrating HubSpot/Salesforce with ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT), inspection, or industrial services industries.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot/Salesforce CRM Administrator or super-user with admin-level responsibilities.
  • Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot/Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data integrity and system governance.
