Lead Change Management Consultant
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Team: Corporate – Change Management
Office Location: London, UK
The role:
The Lead Change Management Consultant will lead communication and implementation of these new ways of working across the EMEA region and in close collaboration with the enterprise change management team, practices located within the region, change/project delivery teams, business excellence and other colleagues.
They will also support organisational change readiness through proven strategies that specifically prepare, support and equip people to drive successful change adoption and outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end change framework across the enterprise that establishes standards for the planning and delivery of change as well as the adoption and sustainability of various change efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations and build trust within and across various functions including but not limited to Fragomen legal practices in the region, Business Development, Strategic Delivery and Business Excellence partners.
- Support organisational change management (people side of change) for complex change efforts including but not limited to large transformational change by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess the impact of proposed changes and identify potential areas of resistance.
- Create communication plans to convey the purpose, benefits, and details of changes to various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough change readiness assessments and identify key metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption.
- Foster a culture of openness and collaboration, encouraging feedback and addressing concerns related to changes.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their change leadership capabilities.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of change management activities, making continuous improvements as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in change management to enhance organisational agility.

You’ll join Fragomen’s global Change Management team, a high-performing, collaborative group that partners with leaders across the firm to drive adoption of strategic transformation. We support some of the most visible, complex programs at the firm – working closely with Technology, Legal Teams, HR and regional leadership teams. What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
- Significant experience in change management, with a track record of successfully implementing complex organisational changes, ideally including global implementations of processes/systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyse and articulate the business impact of changes and develop strategies to address potential challenges.
- Proficient in utilising change management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organisational psychology, or equivalent preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and/or project management (e.g., PMI, PMI-ACM) is highly desirable.

What to expect:
