About the Role:
As Director of Events, you will oversee all aspects of the Events function, ensuring flawless execution from initial proposal to the final farewell. You will lead and mentor a talented team, maintain the highest standards of communication and service, and work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life.
What you will do:
Lead the Events team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
Build and maintaining strong relationships with clients, actively sourcing new business and maximising revenue opportunities.
Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring every detail reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Events team.
What you bring:
Proven experience as an Event Manager, with at least two years’ experience at the Assistant Director level within a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a passion for service excellence.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce and events software.
High level of creativity with food and beverage menu proposals.
