POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Program Administrator will work closely with Angeles House (AH) Leadership to ensure service delivery for all staff. Provide administrative support and work as a liaison between current and potential guests, team members, onsite and offsite agencies.

SENIOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage leadership calendars, coordinate meetings, compose and distribute correspondence to staff.
- Ensure daily statistical upkeep, complete statistical board reports, and requests.
- Order and restock supplies; and maintain inventory.
- Assist with building partnerships with outside agencies such as, the Dept. of Public Social Services, Dept. of Children and Family Services, Dept. of Mental Health, Dept. of Public Health, and the Los Angeles Housing Services Authority (LAHSA) Single and Families department.
- Assist with intakes, discharges, and/or orientation processes, as requested.
- Maintain current and former intakes applications and exited guests reports.
- Attend scheduled department/team meetings, as requested.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally with volunteers, GIK, Operations, and the IT department.
- Work closely with Guest Services Facilitators at all URM locations
- Facilitate conflict resolution and intervene to diffuse any potential volatile and/or hostile situation, as needed.
- Assist with offsite emergency housing - booking rooms, providing meals and assisting guests, as needed.
- Responsible for Work Therapy Program recruitment, orientation, engagement and retention.
- Coordinates and facilitates all meetings, training, and curriculum development for all work-therapy participants.
- Staff and Work-therapy program liaison.
- Assist with offsite affiliates, and email inquiries for housing and other resources.
- Work closely with onsite clinical staff.
- Facilitate tours, as needed.
- Assist with tracking medical and school enrollment.
- Travel for the Mission, as needed.
- Conduct other tasks and projects as assigned by the Program Manager and/or Leadership.

- Required manual dexterity for occasional reaching and lifting objects and operating office equipment.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURES:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or an equivalent of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Program Administration.
- Prior experience working with or serving homeless families, preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license and the ability to be added to the company's insurance policy.

- Ability to demonstrate leadership and give rise to creditably, trust and support with staff of all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to conduct responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must possess excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn proprietary software.
