Position Summary

The VP of Brand & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies across all areas of the company, including Development, Construction, Food & Beverage, Community Management, and Realty. This role will ensure brand alignment, drive measurable business outcomes, and create strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and growth. The VP will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to establish a clear brand vision, oversee marketing initiatives, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing leadership, brand development, and data-driven decision-making across diverse industries such as real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Objectives of this Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with company vision, values, and business goals.
  • Ensure consistent, impactful brand experiences across all verticals (Development, Construction, F&B, Community Management, and Realty).
  • Drive measurable outcomes including leasing velocity, home sales, F&B traffic, resident retention, and overall brand equity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Establish and track KPIs across departments, ensuring marketing initiatives deliver ROI and support business objectives.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Review, approve, and implement marketing campaigns, creative assets, and brand messaging to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Collaborate with Development team on project branding, naming, launch campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to build brand identities, oversee promotional campaigns, and drive customer traffic.
  • Work with Community Management teams to design resident engagement and retention programs that strengthen community ties.
  • Support Realty sales teams with tools, content, and campaigns that increase qualified leads and conversions.
  • Lead marketing team meetings, providing mentorship, direction, and clear priorities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs, budget utilization, and results for senior leadership.
  • Engage external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on marketing innovations, consumer behavior shifts, and real estate/hospitality trends to inform strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and impact.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor�s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple business lines.
  • Strong track record of establishing KPIs and delivering measurable outcomes tied to business growth.
  • Expertise in brand development, positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments and balancing diverse business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can balance innovation with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple lines of business.
