Summary:  

The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Southeastern Integrated Care and affiliates is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing and offering employment to successful candidates. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure successful talent acquisition and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist understands and navigates through the unique qualifications, processes and needs of a healthcare system specializing in behavioral health and represents to the community our Vision, Mission and Purpose.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective hiring outcomes to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR teams, offering expert guidance and consultation on recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional support and service throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage various sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals and area colleges and healthcare programs. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Source potential candidates through social media platforms to recruitment such as LinkedIn, Ladders, and Indeed to actively engage and seek out a broader audience of potential candidates.
  • Implement direct outreach strategies to connect with high-quality candidates.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding process through ADP workforce now software
  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct reference checks and background investigations on potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Assist in negotiating and preparing job offers to successful candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not oversee staff.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience using “ADP Workforce Now” preferred.


Required Skills/Abilities


  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking. 
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software. 
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.  
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a professional manner. 
  • Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills. 
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel applications. 
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines. 
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. 
  • Adheres to HIPAA and CFR 42 Client Confidentiality Training 
  • Collaborating with Leadership on frequent updates to talent acquisition needs 
  • Communicate news and updates of new employees to the entire team. 
  • Participates in the orientation and onboarding of new employees. 
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
