We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the operations of a conventional portfolio of residential properties in Cincinnati. The Assistant Property Manager position starts at $21/hour and comes with the incredible benefits listed below. Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Monitor resident adherence to policy regarding rent payments, renter’s insurance and utilities transferred
- Respond to resident inquiries or issues with urgency
- Create, assign and follow-up on work orders
- Review properties regularly with the Property Manager
- Elevate and maintain the resident experience with personal touches
- Manage the lease agreement process from application
- Support the completion of move-in paperwork with new residents
- Support Leasing and Marketing teams as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar field
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping, document management, and compliance tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, Yardi) preferred
