As a Customer Account Coordinator will provide customer service via telephone and written correspondence to ensure contract review and to enhance customer relations. Interfaces with all departments of the company. The Customer Account Coordinator will address inquiries and resolve complaints both at a routine and complex level.
Additional Duties:
- Responsible for all functions of a Customer Account Representative.
- Ability to coordinate international activity to complete contract review including:
- Understands and works within the confines of US Export Law.
- Properly executes various methods of international payments and terms.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the logistics department to coordinate freight carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Provides instruction, training and leadership to Customer Account Representatives.
- Performs Customer Satisfaction Feedbacks.
- Provides back up to other customer service representatives and divisions as well as assistance with challenging issues.
- Point of contact for high profile customer accounts assigned by manager.
- Performs other related duties as assigned as agreed upon by employee and employer.
- Knows and applies the division's quality policy and procedures of ISO 9001 as it relates to area of responsibility and the organization. Follows all standard operating procedures as prescribed and notifies appropriate personnel of any non-conformance.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school graduate or GED
Experience:
- 6 years of customer accounts experience in a business office environment.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in areas of customer accounts and problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel - may travel to distributor and customer sites as needed to provide training and support, as well as problem solving to promote Temposonics' policy to provide the best customer service in the industry.
