Beyer Blinder Belle, an award-winning architecture firm with offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Miami, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic and collaborative marketing team in New York City. 


Core Responsibilities 

Candidates should have proven experience in, work samples and enthusiasm for the following responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and produce marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures. 
  • Production includes both written and graphic content. 
  • Outreach to and coordination of materials from internal teams and external consultants. 
  • Developing, organizing, updating, formatting, and producing various firm materials, including resumes, project sheets, web content, social media postings, and coordinating priority projects. 
  • Updating marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and image-based Creative Cloud. 
  • Assist with PR and other special marketing projects.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience: 2+years within an A/E/C firm and 2-4 years of comprehensive experience  
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint a plus

  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively 
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills 
  • Able to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy 
  • Flexible with a strong work ethic and positive, team-player attitude 

Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000- $75,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below it based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, professional achievement, and business needs. 

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance review process with the possibility of receiving a performance-based bonus and a base salary increase each year.
